Some of you may be aware that an application was made last for the development of a large industrial area on land to the north of Mercedes Benz.  Approval was refused at the planning committee.

The applicant has taken the application to appeal and the appeal is now appeal is now live, and the hearing date has been fixed for 10:00am on Tuesday 27 July 2021. This will be a Virtual hearing held via Teams and by telephone.

The Council will also be displaying site notices around the site and be publishing an advert in the local news to notify other interested parties about the appeal hearing.
