In respect of garden waste subscriptions, customers who cannot make a purchase online should be able to call Norse directly on 0345 218 5215, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. West Northamptonshire Norse process all payments and administer the distribution of the permits, so unfortunately we cannot arrange for payment directly.

If customers do not want to pay by card they can accept cheques made payable to “West Northants Norse Limited” and posted to:

Customers should write their full name and address in capitals on the rear of the cheque, but please be aware that this method of payment has additional handling delays. They cannot accept payment by cash and customers should not attempt to visit their offices to do so.
